About Pyramid Point

Pyramid Point was founded by Paul Kindzierski in 2017 following an exceptional 30 year career in sales and sales leadership in diverse industries such as industrial distribution, IT hardware and software, office products, event technology, and professional services. He has driven record breaking sales performance in small teams as well as multi-billion dollar organizations such as Xerox Corporation, W. W. Grainger, and PSAV.

As Chief Sales Officer of PSAV, he led the creation of the company's value proposition, established consistent sales and sales management processes, developed sales force KPI's and scorecards, created the customer segmentation strategy, sales coverage model and compensation

These all contributed to revenue growth well above the industry during his tenure.

As Vice President, US Sales at W.W. Grainger from 2009-2016, he led the entire US sales force consisting of over 3,500 sales professionals and responsible for approximately $8B in revenue. His achievements include record breaking profitable revenue performance by instituting standardized sales and sales management processes, setting higher standards of performance and accountability, aligning compensation, improving employee engagement, and developing high performing leaders.

 

As Vice President, Government Sales at W.W. Grainger from 2003-2009, Paul created a segmented sales organization focused solely on supporting public sector customers. This included hiring and developing top talent, optimizing the customer coverage model, creation of sales productivity and effectiveness tools, and establishing standard compliance and sales management processes. This newly created Government Sales Organization evolved into one of the most well respected government focused sales forces in any industry.

During Paul's tenure at Grainger, the company was recognized for multiple awards including top 50 companies to sell for by Selling Power Magazine.

Paul served in multiple sales and sales leadership roles at Xerox Corporation where he gained the foundation of professional selling, sales management process, root cause analysis, and sales productivity and effectiveness principles.
